Marble is a really durable material in time! We use it mainly in vulnerable parts of the building such as the marble legs of windows and beasts. Marble is mined in various parts of the world except Greece, such as China, Italy, the USA and Turkey. In Greece, marble is mined from various areas such as Naxos, Kavala, Drama, Dionysus. The best of these marbles gained their fame thanks to the absence of impurities, transparency, durability, and ideal behavior under the sculptor's tools. If you want to make a marble counter in your kitchen, you can alternatively use an alternative material that looks like marble, granite.
